The company trades under the name Post-Quantum and states that it has worked on quantum-safe security since 2009. It lists three products: identity protection, a hybrid post-quantum VPN and quantum-safe messaging, and names Classic McEliece among the algorithms behind them.
Two of the authors of RFC 9370 carry the affiliation Post-Quantum. That document is titled Multiple Key Exchanges in the Internet Key Exchange Protocol Version 2, it is Standards Track, and it was published in May 2023. What it specifies is a way for IKEv2 to run several key exchanges while establishing a shared secret, which is the mechanism a hybrid deployment needs rather than a post-quantum VPN standard in itself.
