Terms & Conditions
Last reviewed
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the quantakrypto website (quantakrypto.com), the hosted Model Context Protocol service (mcp.quantakrypto.com), our open-source tools, and any professional services we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Who we are
"quantakrypto" ("we", "us") is a post-quantum cryptography practice — operated by Dandelion Labs JSC, a company registered in Vietnam — providing open-source tooling, a hosted MCP for AI coding agents, and professional audit, certification, migration, and training services. Contact: [email protected].
The open-source tools
Our scanners, conformance battery, MCP server, and the MCP gateway are open source. The tooling in pqc-tools is licensed under Apache-2.0, and the mcp-gateway is publicly available for audit. Your use of that code is governed by the licence in each repository; nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you by an applicable open-source licence.
The hosted MCP service
The hosted MCP at mcp.quantakrypto.com requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your access token confidential and for activity under your account. The tools exposed over the hosted endpoint are advisory or operate on content you submit — they do not access your systems. We may apply rate limits and usage quotas, and may suspend or terminate access that is abusive, unlawful, or that threatens the stability or security of the service. The hosted service is provided on an evolving basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Professional services
Audits, certification, migration, and training are provided under a separate engagement scope agreed with you. Assessments and certificates are point-in-time: a certificate reflects what was reviewed, at the time it was reviewed, against the agreed standards — it is a map, not a guarantee, and it is not a warranty that a system is or will remain secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services unlawfully, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attack, overload, probe, or attempt to circumvent the authentication or rate limits of the hosted service (except as part of an engagement you are authorised to perform).
- Do not resell or sublicense the hosted service, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
- Do not submit content to the tools that you are not entitled to share.
Intellectual property
The quantakrypto name, brand, and site content are ours. Our source code is provided under its open-source licences as described above. You retain all rights to the code and content you submit to the tools; you grant us only the limited, transient right to process it in order to return a result.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Post-quantum guidance, scores, and findings are informational and do not guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or resistant to future attack. Nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms as they evolve. Material changes are reflected on this page with a new review date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Dandelion Labs JSC (which operates quantakrypto) is registered, without prejudice to mandatory protections you may have as a consumer in your country of residence. Questions about these Terms: [email protected].
