Post-Quantum Cryptography Alliance

The alliance states its aim as driving the advancement and adoption of post-quantum cryptography, by producing high-assurance software implementations of standardised algorithms and by supporting the continued development and standardisation of new post-quantum algorithms with software for evaluation and prototyping. It states that it provides a neutral home for technical projects and invites others to propose them.

It hosts two projects: Open Quantum Safe, and the PQ Code Package, which it describes as creating and maintaining high-assurance implementations of standards-track post-quantum algorithms. Both appear in the open-source section of this directory under their own names. The alliance is recorded here rather than there because what it publishes is governance and a home, not a codebase.
